*Blibaum Law is a debt collector and information obtained may be used for that purpose.
Whether Gary Krupka is representing victims in a motor vehicle accident or a landlord recovering money owed by a tenant, he is driven by the intellectual exercise and strategy it takes to achieve the best outcome possible. He says he cannot picture himself working in any other profession.
Unlike large law firms, where many people can be involved in even the smallest matters, Mr. Krupka enjoys getting to know his clients and guiding them personally from the initial intake of their case through every step. He feels privileged to be in a position to develop strong client relationships.
When it comes to representing landlords and property managers, Mr. Krupka brings both business and legal experience to the table. He also has his own rental properties and is personally familiar with the most efficient and effective ways to find solutions as allowable under the law.
An experienced general practitioner and litigator, Mr. Krupka has successfully tried numerous cases in the District and Circuit Courts across Maryland. His primary practice areas include representing and advising property managers, especially in the multi-family industry, real estate investors and other landlords in protection and recovery of their rental assets, which includes post-move out collections and lease enforcement.
He has helped many injured clients recover substantial funds for their expenses, pain, suffering, and inconvenience, lost wages, and associated loses due to someone else’s negligence; Mr. Krupka also handles commercial collections, traffic related matters including DUI/DWI, real estate matters, and other general litigation.
